**The HR Consultant, Senior, provides frontline support to leaders and teammates on routine employee relations (ER) and HR matters within assigned operational areas. Under the guidance of CHROs and in collaboration with HR Business Partners, this role handles day-to-day ER needs, leads employee relations investigations, ensures consistent application of HR policies, and helps foster a positive and compliant work environment. The HR Consultant, Senior develops relationships with operational leaders and partners with them on corrective actions and the resolution of teammate issues/concerns.**
