Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and project management teams across Semiconductor Manufacturing Plants, Data Centers, Pharmaceutical Facilities, and EPC/Construction projects.

Responsible for Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, SAP SuccessFactors, Talent Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and corporate HR policies.

Lead end-to-end Compensation & Benefits activities including salary benchmarking, annual increments, bonus administration, and benefits management.

Conduct compensation studies within engineering, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and construction sectors.

Manage employee insurance programs and coordinate with insurance brokers.
