We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to support both HR operations and office administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting employees, and maintaining efficient HR processes across the company.
Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations & Administration- Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and employee welfare.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (e.g. personal files, attendance, leave, medical claims).
- Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
