Human Resource Admin / Executive

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Executive will handle the operational spectrum of generalist HR functions. You will work closely with the HR Manager to execute daily HR administration, recruitment, foreign work pass management, employee engagement, and MOM statutory compliance. This role is ideal for an operational generalist who thrives on managing execution and keeping systems running smoothly.

• Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate talent acquisition for executive, administrative, and ground operations positions.
  • Manage job postings on local portals, resume screening, interview scheduling, and background checks.
  • Draft employment offer letters, prepare contracts, and execute smooth onboarding and offboarding workflows.
