Responsibilities
- Ensure all administrative and documentation activities covering promotion, termination, payroll administration (including changes, transfers, and other service conditions or benefits) for non‑exempt and direct/indirect employees are processed within reasonable time frames and without undue delay.
- Prepare and submit employee performance appraisals, confirmations, and appraisal documents for non‑exempt/direct employees in a timely manner, and advise relevant departments of monetary changes affecting payroll.
- Maintain proper upkeep of employees’ personal files and salary records.
- Conduct salary surveys within the same industry and serve any internal or external surveys.
- Administer the company’s group hospital and term life insurance scheme, submitting all required documents and claims to the insurance company within reasonable time frames without undue delay.
