HubSpot RevOps & CRM Specialist

We’re looking for RevOpsSpecialists to design smarter systems—connecting tools, data, and automation across the entire HubSpot ecosystem.

• Design and implement scalable HubSpot CRM architectures
• Plan automation flows, lifecycle stages, handoffs, and lead qualification systems
• Configure workflows, routing, and syncing across Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, Ops)
• Collaborate with developers to scope integrations with ERPs, data lakes, or telephony tools
• Support reporting and attribution setup across the funnel
• Consult on RevOps strategy: process alignment, lifecycle management, and CRM governance
• Document data models, field logic, and workflow structure
• Stay updated on HubSpot automation features, API limits, and Ops Hub capabilities

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of CRM, RevOps, or Marketing Ops experience
