Responsibilities
- Optimize CRM architecture, including pipelines, properties, workflows, automations, and lifecycle stages
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to improve operational processes and reporting
- Build and maintain lead scoring, lead routing, and automation workflows
- Improve CRM data quality, governance, and standardization
- Create dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, attribution, forecasting, and GTM performance
- Support inbound, outbound, upsell, and marketing campaign operations inside HubSpot
- Improve marketing-to-sales handoff processes and lifecycle tracking
- Reduce manual operational work through automation and process improvements
- Train and mentor RevOps, Sales, and Marketing teams on HubSpot best practices
- Recommend scalable GTM and CRM improvements
