Hub Maintenance Executive, SPX Express

Job Description:
-Lead and supervise a team, including task prioritization, workload management, and issue escalation Oversee day-to-day facility management and hub maintenance across multiple sites Ensure timely corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize operational downtime Manage urgent facility incidents and coordinate cross-functional resolution Drive hub finalization after site survey, including validation of site conditions and closure of rectification items Coordinate with Operations, Setup, Safety, and Security to ensure hub readiness before go-live Manage team to contact with landlords post-survey, supporting negotiation on facility scope, rectification works, and handover conditions Align agreed landlord scope with internal teams, escalating risks or misalignment to Management and Legal/Contract teams Manage vendors, ensuring quality, timeline, and cost control Track maintenance issues, hub readiness status, and key risks maintain required documentation and reports...
