Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing office facilities and space planning
• Coordinate office relocations and construction projects
• Handle shipping logistics and office mail services
• Support IT asset lifecycle from distribution to disposal
• Manage visitor access and new hire onboarding processes
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration or related area
• 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
• Strong communication skills in English
