HSSE Executive

Purpose of role

Support line management in implementing Castrol HSSE programs and standards such as Control of Work (Life Saving Rules, Compliance Task, Self Verification, Crisis & Continuity Management, Working with Contractors), and monitor compliance with Castrol policies, expectations and local legislation.

Key Results / Accountabilities

• Maintain HSSE management information, track and report on performance, analyse gaps and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Partner with line management to plan and manage HSSE verification programs within the operation, ensuring recommendations are actioned and followed up.
• Ensure line management completes annual operational risk assessment, identifying key risks in the operation, and developing relevant improvement programmes and initiatives.
