HSE Trainer

HSE trainer should develop, deliver, assess, and continuously improve Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) training programs in accordance with ADNOC requirements, company HSE Management Systems, UAE regulations, and international best practices. The HSE Trainer shall ensure personnel competency through classroom, practical, and on-site training while promoting a strong safety culture and operational excellence. ADNOC training expectations emphasize standardized training, competency development, HSE induction, Work Management System (WMS), risk management, process safety, and Life Saving Rules awareness
