Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily plant-wide inspection and follow-up to ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements and the company’s policies/procedures related to Environment, Safety and Health.
- Conduct HSE training and briefing for existing and new employees to create awareness among staff.
- Review JSA and HIRAC for all related activities.
- Coordinate, analyze and follow up incident reporting.
- Plan and carry out the performance monitoring program in compliance with DOSH and DOE requirements.
- Participate in accident/incident investigations and prepare reports.
- Lead the emergency response team and respond and provide assistance to all emergency situations.
- Evaluate projects to ensure all related safety requirements comply.
- Manage the security guard team to meet the company’s requirements.
