HSE Strategy & Compliance Leader

Richemont de Mexico S.A.deCV. seeks an experienced executive to develop and implement the Health and Safety (H&S) strategy across the unit, aligned with the Group Security vision and long‑term business goals.

The role leads the regulatory/compliance function, monitors HSE KPIs, manages resources, and builds strong internal communications to ensure adherence to standards and continuous improvement within the organization.
