HSE Specialist AND Safety Manager Precast and EPC

We are looking for an experienced HSE Specialist / Safety Manager with strong expertise in Precast Concrete Manufacturing and EPC Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies across precast plants and EPC construction sites.
  
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards.
  
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
  
• Manage heavy lifting, rigging, work-at-height, excavation, and confined space safety.
  
• Lead subcontractor safety compliance and promote a zero-harm safety culture.
  

Requirements

• 14-22 years of HSE experience.
