HSE Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments for oil terminals, field operations and plant productions.
• Identify hazards, evaluate risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety rules by all employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and accidents and prepare detailed incident investigation reports.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling and disposal of hazardous materials and waste.
• Implement spill prevention, control and emergency response plans.
• Maintain environmental records and coordinate with approved waste disposal contractors.
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks and refresher training for employees and contractors.
