HSE Officer Fitout

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across interior fit-out project sites.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hazards, and non-compliance issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and project safety plans.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor site activities including civil works, carpentry, joinery, MEP installations, and finishing works.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, inspection reports, and safety records.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and ensure proper implementation of control measures.
• Ensure availability and correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
