HSE Officer Fitout

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across interior fit-out project sites. Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hazards, and non-compliance issues. Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and project safety plans. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workers and subcontractors. Monitor site activities including civil works, carpentry, joinery, MEP installations, and finishing works. Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, inspection reports, and safety records. Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and ensure proper implementation of control measures. Ensure availability and correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Monitor permit-to-work systems, hot works, work at height, lifting activities, and other high-risk operations.
