HSE Officer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer with UAE construction experience to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards across project sites. The ideal candidate will implement HSE policies, conduct site inspections, promote safe work practices, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safety programs at construction sites.
• Conduct daily site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements and company safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports and records.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and awareness training for workers and subcontractors.
• Identify hazards and unsafe practices and recommend corrective actions.
