HSE Manager: Utility-Scale Solar Construction Lead

Phelan Green Group in South Africa is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the site Health, Safety & Environment function on a 350 MW utility-scale solar PV construction project.

The role focuses on building a world-class safety culture, delivering environmental compliance, and mentoring the site HSE team across all project phases.

Required are 5–10 years’ construction HSE experience, strong OHS Act/ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 knowledge, and proven leadership with stakeholder management skills.
