HSE Manager – Safety, Compliance & Training Lead

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to drive a positive HSEQ culture across the project from inception to close-out. You will establish and develop processes, aiming for continuous improvement and zero harm.

You will lead incident investigations, risk assessments and audits, and coordinate training and coaching for staff, while ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14000, and internal BMS standards.
