HSE Manager

About the Role

This is a key leadership role responsible for the delivery of Health, Safety & Environmental performance across a high-risk organisation. Reporting at a senior level, you’ll lead a team of HSE professionals while partnering closely with operational leaders to embed practical, risk-based safety practices on-site and across projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, strengthening systems, and ensuring compliance, while building a positive, proactive safety culture.

• Provide expert guidance to site and project teams across high-risk environments
