The HSE DGM (Deputy General Manager) is a Shell employee seconded to Rashpetco Company and a member of the Rashpetco Leadership Management Team, reporting to the Rashpetco General Manager and Managing Director (MD). The role provides strategic HSE leadership for the COMPANY, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong governance, and sustained improvement in safety, environmental and asset integrity across all activities.

Jointly with the HSE General Manager (national counterpart) provides advice and expert support to the Rashpetco MDs and to the Company Leadership team in driving improvements in HSE performance.
