HSE Construction Engineer

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for supporting the development of RAKEZ occupational health, safety, and environmental policies and standards, and implementing and monitoring the compliance with HS&E rules, regulation, standards, and guidelines, through contributing in conducting risk assessment, establishing health and safety initiatives and audits, and enforcing preventative/corrective measures to establish a safe workplace, minimize unhealthy situations / hazardous activities / job-related incidents, and foster a culture of attention to health, safety and environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development of RAKEZ health, safety, and environmental policies, programs, and procedures for construction and modification, that comply with relevant local rules and regulations, international standards, and best practices.
