HRIS (SuccessFactors...) Solutions Owner (Madrid - Hybrid)

We’re looking for a full‑time position as HRIS Solutions Owner located in Madrid. The company is a technology‑based startup with global ambitions and a passion for innovation. The selected candidate will be an internal, permanent employee working cross‑functionally with People & Culture, Finance, and IT teams to support a modern, data‑driven People & Culture function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of our HRIS platform (SAP SuccessFactors) in coordination with the PMO.
• Own system administration, including user access, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes across onboarding, external payroll, performance, and compliance.
