HRIS & Onboarding Intern: Data-Driven HR Support

Richemont, a world leader in luxury, is seeking an HR professional to develop, implement, and review human resources initiatives and systems. You will refine recruitment, create job descriptions, post ads, and manage the hiring process, while cultivating training and compensation programs.

You will participate in performance evaluations and handle disciplinary matters with discretion. Additionally, you will maintain employee records (including attendance and EEO data), ensure policy compliance,
