Responsibilities
- Drive discovery and design sessions with the customer's Human Resources team to understand their needs.
- Act as a functional consultant in HR implementation projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working as a consultant with external clients.
- 5+ years of experience implementing HRIS or talent intelligence solutions.
- Fluent in English.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary €65,000 - €90,000.
- Up to 10% bonus.
- Other benefits not specified.
