Job Overview:

This role oversees system configuration for new companies, manages payroll and attendance cycles, coordinates with IT and external vendors for integrations and improvements, and ensures compliance with labor regulations and statutory requirements. The position also provides hands-on support to HR stakeholders while driving system efficiency and data integrity in a multi-entity environment.
