Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support and maintain Human Resources Information Systems for a US-based client.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
• Validate HR data and ensure system accuracy and integrity.
• Provide HRIS support to internal stakeholders and onshore teams.
• Generate, maintain, and automate HR reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot HRIS and reporting issues via ticketing systems.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Document HR processes, system updates, and workflow changes.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and information security standards.
• Assist in HR and system audits as required.
• Support change management activities related to HR systems and processes.
