• Lead technical discussions for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll.
• Understand and optimize the HR and IT operational processes between SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Actively drives alignment between HR and IT stakeholders to ensure operational stability for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Responsible for reviewing, estimating, and implementing enhancements to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
