Vacancy Description
- Understand and be familiar with the strategies of supported business teams, conduct organizational diagnosis for businesses, provide suggestions and plans for the implementation of business strategies, and participate in relevant execution.
- Deliver HR support for organizational development, design and implement effective solutions for business teams covering recruitment, staffing, performance appraisal, team culture development and other fields.
- Assist in improving company-wide institutional mechanisms, roll out relevant rules within business departments, and drive iterative optimization of COE policies. Develop targeted HR solutions tailored to the characteristics of each business team.
- Proactively communicate with company management, business owners and employees through diverse approaches, build smooth communication channels to sustain healthy and steady organizational development.
