HR Transformation Executive Leader

We're looking for an experienced HR Transformation leader to join a global consulting practice dedicated to helping organizations reimagine and modernize their HR and Talent functions. You'll work alongside HR specialists to design and deliver measurable value across clients' HR and workforce investments, using a flexible delivery model that spans onsite, nearshore, and offshore engagement.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of consulting experience, with significant time spent specifically on HR Transformation and Talent Management engagements
• Hands-on delivery experience across HR transformation and Talent Management projects
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Cloud/Digital HR, HR Process design, HR Diagnostics/Analytics, HR Technology, Workforce Planning, or Talent Management (recruitment, performance management, competency modelling, career frameworks, reward design, strategic role assessmen...
