HR Tech Lead: Workday & ServiceNow (AI-Driven)

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HRIS/Workday specialist to own configuration, optimization, and global support across our HR systems, including Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, and ServiceNow HR capabilities. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure compliance across regions.
