HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time)

Southstar S.A., a leading company in the recycling and circular economy sector, is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time) to join its Human Resources Department at the company's headquarters.

This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys both recruitment and HR operations and is looking for a flexible part-time role of 15–20 hours per week (or 2 days per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer management.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and the company's ATS database.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to identify hiring needs and support workforce planning.
