HR Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, collaborative, and tech-savvy HR Systems Coordinator to join our HR team in Johannesburg. Operating within the international development sphere across Africa, our firm delivers impactful programmes that require robust, compliant, and efficient operational support.

As the HR Systems Coordinator, you will serve as the central systems owner for our core HR platforms: PaySpace, Team Maven, and Workable. Working in close collaboration with the rest of the HR team and balancing technical expertise with exceptional people skills, you will act as the primary point of contact for user queries, design and deliver engaging training materials to upskill the team and organisation, and provide critical administrative coordination for high-priority regional initiatives, including our Young Professionals Programme (YPP).
