- Handles recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Support HR policies, compliance, and payroll.
- Manage performance reviews and training programs.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in HR (generalist role preferred).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Laguna but the training is in Taytay, Rizal
