Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records
- Address employee concerns and assist in basic disciplinary procedures
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support timekeeping, training coordination, and other HR-related activities
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role
