The Opportunity

Ulteig and its affiliated companies are hiring for an HR Specialist to serve as the primary HR Operations point of contact for Costa Rica while partnering with global HR teams supporting the United States, Canada, and future international locations. This role is responsible for the execution of Costa Rica HR Operations processes while also contributing to global HR Operations activities, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS transactions, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes across supported countries.

As part of a global HR Operations team, this role will execute and continuously improve HR processes across multiple countries while bringing valuable local expertise to ensure processes are practical, compliant, and aligned with employee needs.
