Vacancy Description
**Position Purpose:**
Interpret company HR policies and procedures, laws and regulations. May perform duties in any of the following functional areas of HR, EEO/AAP, Staffing, Compensation/Benefits, Training, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations. Implement and communicate company wide initiatives and programs. May perform project work as necessary.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct employee realtions investigations and fact finding.
+ Assist line management with MSS related training and transaction support.
+ Assist HR Manager in delivering Leadership Training
+ Assist in the selection of Leadership positions
+ Assist in the communicationand enrollment process of employee benefits programs
+ Interpret and provide guidance on corporate policy and call center practices
**Direct Manager/Direct Reports:**
+ Typicaly reports to Human Resources Manager
+ No direct responsibility for supervising others.
