A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Zone HR Solution Lead , you join an international Zone HR Excellence team based in Kuala Lumpur working across the SAPMENA Zone. You’ll be the HRIS-driven connector between markets Success Factor HR key users, Zone stakeholders and Global teams, driving Solution Excellence and Process Excellence.

As an HR Solution Specialist, you will be the bridge between HR functional needs and technological solutions, playing a pivotal role in optimizing L'Oréal's HRIS landscape. You will be critical in ensuring our HR technology platforms effectively support key HR domains, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Learning & Development, and Employee Self-Service.
