Responsibilities
- Onboarding Support: Handles the creation of new hire profiles in Timesoft, system updates and supervise the preparation of welcome kits.
- Contract Management: Administers renewals for Locum and temporary staff.
- Probation & Resignation: Manages the probation confirmation process and processes employee resignations.
- Personnel Filing: Supervises the creation and ongoing filing of employee P-files.
- Work Pass Management: Provides end-to-end management for work permit applications and renewals.
- Leave: Administers and initialise annual leave entitlement for staff as well as part-time staff leave entitlement in Timesoft. Process Work Injury Compensation (WICA) claims.
- Documentation: Issues Letters of Gurantees (LOG) or Certificates of Employment (COE) upon request.
