HR Services - Talent Acquisition Jr Analyst

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Talent Acquisition Jr Analyst reports directly to the HR GBSC Team Leader. This position partners with Local Lead Recruiters to support shared Talent Acquisition milestones by guiding the recruitment process in partnership for assigned positions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidates for interviews (virtual and/or in-person) with Local Recruitment Leads/Hiring Managers, including travel arrangements if required.
• Serve as liaison between candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter during the interview phase, fostering seamless connection.
• Conduct or work with vendors to obtain background and/or reference checks on potential candidates, monitor progress, and notify client of cleared status when requests are completed.
• Process invoices related to Recruitment vendors/providers.
• Back‑up resume screening and phone screening candidates.
