Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely execution of operational activities and a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate benefits-related processes with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring service continuity, operational efficiency, and adherence to established procedures.
- Monitor vendor service delivery and operational performance, escalating issues when necessary and supporting the resolution of employee and business needs.
- Provide timely and accurate support for employee and stakeholder inquiries related to benefits, HR policies, procedures, and applicable legislation, delivering a consistent and high-quality service experience.
