As the HR Reporting Specialist, you will support the Manager, HR Reporting & Analytics in delivering HR insights and reporting solutions through various BI tools including Power BI. Your responsibilities include providing data analysis and reporting, system maintenance and support for HR reporting solutions, documenting requirements for stakeholder needs, training and supporting global users, and managing the deployment of reports in the Power BI app. You will serve as tier 2 support for issues escalated from Employee Services teams and collaborate closely with HR and non‑HR partners.
