- With at least 4 years of experience in the same fields
Responsibilities
- Responsible in sourcing of applicants based on the approved manpower request
- Conducts initial interview to qualified candidates and objectively decides the result
- Coordinates to all interviewers/supports for the interview schedule and target applicants
- Responsible in coordination with the 3rd party/recruitment service provider for the support in sourcing.
