Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Dubai, UAE, reporting to the HR Manager. The HR & Recruitment Specialist owns high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across the full DEAL Holdings group - spanning The Food & Beverage Group and all other brands and business units under the holding company. The role suits someone who has delivered volume hiring at pace - ideally from a recruitment agency background - and who understands the demands and rhythm of the hospitality industry, including its extended and unsocial hours.

Job Summary

The HR & Recruitment Specialist leads recruitment delivery for all positions across DEAL Holdings' portfolio, from front- and back-of-house F&B roles to support and corporate functions.
