Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: drafting and posting job ads, screening CVs, and shortlisting candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing candidate communications throughout the process
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate pipeline
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration for employees, freelancers, and event staff
- Assist with preparation of employment contracts, NDAs, and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, trackers, and HR files
- Support internal communications, including announcements and staff scheduling emails
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects, including KSA expansion-related administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager as needed
