The Pod Group (PG) is an HR consulting team that provides strategic human resources services for clients in various sectors such as social services, developmental disabilities, housing, mental health, and community health care. We provide HR expertise in capacities including day‑to‑day HR, performance management, document development, policy development, labour negotiations, training, succession planning, recruitment, and strategic and operational planning.
