Overview
The Pod Group (PG) is an HR consulting team that provides strategic human resources services for clients in various sectors such as social services, developmental disabilities, housing, mental health, and community health care. We offer expertise in day-to-day HR, performance management, document development, policy development, labor negotiations, training, succession planning, recruitment, and strategic and operational planning.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage recruitment strategies for clients, filling requirements while engaging in dialogue to understand openings and driving new solutions.
- Support the PG recruitment team with client searches, from administrative tasks to interviews.
