Our Client, a Truck and Engine Manufacturing company, is looking for a HR Recruiter for their San Antonio, TX location. Responsibilities:
+ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly, skilled trades, technical, and professional positions, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding coordination.
+ Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, establish hiring priorities, develop recruiting strategies, and manage hiring timelines.
+ Develop compelling job postings and leverage internal and external recruiting channels to attract qualified candidates.
+ Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, community partnerships, educational institutions, military transition programs, and other sourcing methods.
