HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:



-Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.

-Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

-Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

-Endorse qualified candidates and monitor hiring progress.

-Manage job postings and recruitment advertisements.

-Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

-Conduct background and reference checks when required.

-Prepare job offers and assist with onboarding activities.

-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

-Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.

-Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to management.
